Subject : Nomination of Personal Assistant/Private Secretaries (Ad-hoc) for appointment to the Private Secretary Grade of CSSS for the Select List year 2010 (extended) on regular basis under the zoning scheme for Seniority Quota — reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 23.11.2012 and subsequent reminder dated 07.02.2013 on the above mentioned subject and to say that cadre units were requested to furnish the recommendations of the DPC, along with vigilance clearance of all the eligible PAs of Select list year 2003 to 2005 belonging to SC category, in the prescribed proforma. However, despite a lapse of considerable time, the DPC recommendations in respect of some of the officers (list enclosed) are yet to be furnished by the cadre units.
The defaulting cadre units are, therefore, requested to expedite the requisite information to enable this Department to finalize the central panel of eligible officers for appointment/promotion to PS of CSSS for the select list year 2010 (extended).
