MoD (Fin.) has intimated that the Secretary (Defence Finance) is due for retirement on superannuation on 31/10/2020 and has requested to submit APARs of IDAS officers for the year 2019-20 which are required to be reported or reviewed by the Secretary (Defence Finance).
2. Important due dates for submission of APAR have been prescribed by DoPT vide OM No. 21011/02/2016-Est(A-11)-Part II dated 11/06/2020 as circulated vide this HQrs circular no. AN/1058/SPARROW/ Vol-11 dated 17/06/2020 as under:
a) Submission of self-appraisal by the officer: 31/08/2020
b) Forwarding of report by Reporting Authority: 30/09/2020
c) Forwarding of report by Reviewing Authority: 15/11/2020
d) Appraisal by Accepting Authority: 31/12/2020

3. It is, therefore, requested to submit the self-appraisal and/or record the appraisal of your sub ordinates, as may be applicable, by the dates prescribed in the above mentioned OM, so that the same can be reported or reviewed by the Secretary (Defence Finance) within due dates.
